| Description | The Magistrates in the Community (MIC) Project is an initiative run by the Magistrates Association, a registered charity that promotes and represents the work of Magistrates within England & Wales. The aim of the MIC project is to raise awareness of the role of Magistrates, who are ordinary members of the community. Magistrates within your area are available to come to your group to give a short talk about their work, or run a more participative session such as a mock trial. The sessions are both informative and interesting. Talks are free of charge, although a donation is always gratefully received to support the work of the Association locally. |
