| Rainbows - Building for the Future | Rainbows Childrens Hospice has recently launched the 'Building for the Future' Appeal to extend, improve and modernise the hospice. This is the most exciting development that has happened since the hospice opened its doors in 1994. Since then 1000s of people have been cared for by Rainbows - life-limited children, young adults and their families. They turn to Rainbows when there is nowhere else to go and they find a place for living, full of laughter and comfort, a place with a home-from-home atmosphere and staff who care. | VISTA (Society for the Blind) | Vista is the main provider of services to almost 6,000 registered blind and partially sighted adults, children, young people and their families in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Vista was established in 1858 as the Royal Leicestershire, Rutland and Wycliffe Society for the Blind and celebrated its 150th Anniversary in 2008. Vista can provide talks for groups of any age both during the day and in the evening. Our general talk highlights the services that the Charity provides.
